Description

The IP DRG position involves analyzing and managing Diagnosis Related Group data to support healthcare billing and coding processes. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with regulations and accurate coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of IP DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of DRG coding and classification systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and billing processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on DRG data findings.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and DRG-related policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar).
• Understanding of healthcare coding systems (ICD, CPT) and DRG classification.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
