Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant Workday HCM & Compensation with 7+ years of experience in HR technology consulting and strong expertise in Workday HCM and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Workday implementations, business process configuration, compensation management, and HR transformation initiatives.

The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing and configuring Workday solutions, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Workday HCM and Compensation functionalities.

Workday Certification is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in Workday HCM and Compensation implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, Compensation, and Business stakeholders.

- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and system configurations.

- Configure business processes, eligibility rules, compensation plans, grades, and salary structures.

- Support organizational changes, workforce management, and compensation planning processes.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end Workday solutions.

- Develop functional specifications and support integration requirements.

- Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.

- Conduct client workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.

- Support Workday releases and assess the impact of new functionality.

- Provide post-production support and issue resolution.

- Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and client expectations.
