Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

under IBC, 2016. The role includes assisting with creditor claim verification, drafting legal documents, supporting financial analysis, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.

Ideal for candidates with a blend of

legal and financial skills , attention to detail, and a strong interest in insolvency, restructuring, and corporate law.
