Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance records.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRMS, ATS).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.Skills Required
