Lead Dotnet Developer

Position : Lead .NET / C# Developer

Location : Gurugram, India (Hybrid)

Duration : 12 month contract to hire

Pay Range : 10 LPA - 26 LPA

Interview Process : 2 Rounds

Required Skillset :

• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET (Core and Framework) including ASP.NET Core
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL / MongoDB)
• Strong experience with SQL Server , stored procedures, and relational database design
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs ,Microservice Architecture
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI / CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing using frameworks like NUnit and Playwright
• Experience with Lead responsibilities / mentoring Jr Engineers

Job Description :

Insight Global is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join a team in Gurgaon, India. This resource would help to build out and oversee a team of 6 (developers + QA) and support a large platform utilized for Financial Crimes. This resource would work closely with product partners to understand requirement's, look at user stories and create clarity on the requirements to guide the team to successful delivery. Would be responsible for delegating user stories as well as hands on themselves - these would be focusing on adding additional features the existing platform, likely regulatory focused and need to be added in timely fashion. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring proper test environment - owning the end to end delivery from design to code deployment. Interfacing with the product partners to ensure this is clearly defined and ensuring ability to deliver on the commitment. Will be expected to complete a coding assignment, test, document and deliver. Also will be assisting with the elimination of technical debt where possible. The right resource should have excellent communication, leadership capabilities and willingness to speak up and contribute in meetings / agile ceremonies.
