Job descriptionHands-on experience and strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), PingFederate, and PingDirectory. Expertise in application onboarding to PingFederate with multiple protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and configuration processes. Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication mechanisms, and integrations across different tools and products. Provide support for PingFederate-related issues such as authentication failures, integration errors, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions. Perform operational activities including certificate renewals, implementation in production, environment testing after POCs, and independently solving complex operational problems. Hands-on knowledge of Postman and Swagger for API testing and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards across IAM environments. Candidate should have experience in different types of protocols onboarding Perform deployment activities in all environments Create and maintain knowledge documents, SOPs, and process guides for onboarding, troubleshooting and operations Work directly with customers in a global delivery model, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
