ROLE PURPOSE:
The Team Leader Investor Relations will be the strategic bridge between UVC and the global investment community from our Noida office, UVC's founding base and execution hub for Northern India mandates.
This leader will shape market perception, build investor trust, and ensure the firm's vision, strategy, and financial performance are communicated with clarity, precision, and impact building and sustaining investor confidence through transparent, credible, and consistent communication, while owning the IR function's contribution to deal placement and capital-raising outcomes.
P&L ACCOUNTABILITY:
This is a P&L-owning leadership role.
The Team Leader holds direct accountability for:
- The IR function's contribution to capital-raising and deal placement outcomes
- Investor coverage growth targets
- Cost management for the Noida Investor Relations team
Compensation and progression are tied to vertical P&L performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Investor Relations Leadership:
- Design and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy aligned with UVC's corporate and capital markets objectives, with a focus on Northern India-originated mandates and the NCR investor and family office ecosystem.
- Serve as the principal spokesperson to institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Build and sustain long-term strategic relationships with investors globally, leveraging UVC's home-market relationships in Delhi NCR.

- Annual growth in active institutional coverage
- Positive investor sentiment scores and perception audit outcomes
2. Executive Advisory & Capital Markets Strategy:
- Advise the CEO, Partners, and Board on investor sentiment, shareholder expectations, and capital markets trends.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent disclosures.
- Develop and manage earnings communication, investor decks, Q&A briefs, and strategic narratives.
Key KPIs:
- Timeliness and quality of all investor-facing materials
- Enhanced visibility among global investor networks
3. Institutional & Analyst Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for buy-side and sell-side analysts, proxy advisors, and institutional investors based in NCR and Northern India.
- Organize roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings across key geographies domestic and international.
- Create and maintain a relationship management dashboard (CRM) for tracking investor interactions and insights.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insight:
- Continuously monitor market conditions, peer performance, and macroeconomic indicators affecting valuation and positioning.
- Conduct peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and investor perception studies.
- Provide quarterly market and competitive intelligence briefs to the CEO and Board.
5. Financial Reporting & Capital Markets Support:
- Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to interpret and communicate financial results, forecasts, and corporate actions to investors.
- Support capital-raising initiatives equity, debt, and structured instruments by preparing investor decks, Q&A scripts, and valuation summaries, working closely with the Noida Deal Execution team.
- Prepare Board-level investor reports summarising trends, ownership data, and engagement outcomes.

- Quality and clarity of financial disclosures
- Contribution to the success of capital-raising or transaction initiatives
6. Event Leadership & Brand Building:
- Lead the planning and execution of Investor Days, Earnings Calls, Capital Markets Briefings, and other investor events.
- Enhance UVC's brand through thought leadership, media engagements, and industry visibility.
- Foster a strong culture of transparency and engagement across all investor interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research, ideally within financial services or capital markets.
- Advanced qualification in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
- Proven track record of engaging institutional investors at a senior level.
- Established relationships with family offices, domestic PE funds, and NCR-based corporates are a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of valuation, financial analysis, and capital structure management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial narratives with precision and clarity.
- Proven ability to lead a team against P&L-linked targets.
