Job Description include but are not limited to :

- Support the Manager-Design in conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs for residential construction projects.

- Assist in developing design concepts that align with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standards.

- Aid in the preparation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications under the guidance of the Manager-Design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to contribute to the integration of architectural designs into project plans.

- Assist in making minutes and organizing schedule meetings related to design discussions, project updates, and client presentations.

- Participate in site visits and assessments alongside the Manager-Design to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions.

- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to support project outcomes.

- Assist in reviewing design changes, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

- Learn from and seek guidance from the Manager-Design, contributing to the professional development and growth of junior members of the design team.

- Support communication with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and permits as needed.

Desired Skill & Competencies :

- Strong architectural design and project coordination experience in residential real estate projects.

- Expertise in premium/high-end residential developments preferred.

- Good understanding of building bylaws, zoning regulations, statutory approvals, and construction methodologies.

- Experience in site execution, consultant coordination, and vendor management.

- Proficiency in architectural and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.

- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and project outcomes.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Understanding of High Rise residential projects.

- Experience in coordination with vendors for marketing collaterals.
