Job Title: Team Leader - Real Estate Sales Company: Moneytree Realty Services Ltd Location: Noida / Gurgaon Job Summary Moneytree Realty Services Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader - Real Estate Sales to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the real estate industry with strong market knowledge of Noida and Gurgaon and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Experience should be exclusively in the Real Estate industry. Mandatory ownership of a Car with a valid driving license. Excellent knowledge of the Noida and Gurgaon real estate markets. Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals. Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members. Develop and implement sales strategies for primary real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients. Conduct market research and provide insights on Noida and Gurgaon property trends. Monitor team activities, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
