About the role

This is a hands-on production lab position. You will work directly alongside our senior chemists, executing formulations, running daily reactions, and maintaining the analytical discipline our process depends on. This is not a theoretical research role, you will own your batches from day one.

What you will do

Formulation and batch work

· Follow formulation sheets precisely: weighing, mixing, and sequencing ingredients as specified

· Prepare batches at bench and kilo-lab scale per given SOPs

· Record batch entries accurately: quantities, observations, deviations, and yield outcomes

· Reproduce formulations consistently across multiple trial runs

Daily lab reactions

· Conduct routine titrations, pH checks, viscosity measurements, and moisture analysis

· Assist in condensation and crosslinking reactions under controlled conditions

· Support solvent extraction, filtration, and lignin fractionation operations

· Maintain daily reaction logs and flag abnormal observations to the supervising chemist

What we are looking for

· Diploma, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Polymer Science, or a related field

· Basic understanding of lab reactions and analytical testing

· Comfortable with standard lab equipment and safety procedures

· Accurate record-keeping and SOP discipline

· Prior experience in resin, coating, biomass, or chemical processing labs is a plus — not a requirement
