Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

• Lead end-to-end plant operations including Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Utilities, Supply Chain and EHS.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, capacity utilization, productivity and cost optimization.
• Drive operational excellence across multiple API manufacturing blocks.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with USFDA, cGMP, EHS and other global regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support regulatory inspections, customer audits and compliance initiatives.
• Drive GMP culture and data integrity across the site.

Engineering & Maintenance

• Ensure high equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Oversee utilities, projects, plant expansion and CAPEX implementation.
• Minimize downtime and improve OEE.

Supply Chain & Warehouse

• Ensure seamless material availability, inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning and logistics teams for uninterrupted production.

Cost & Performance Management

• Drive yield improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency projects.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, cycle time, throughput, OEE and manufacturing cost.
• Manage annual budgets and resource planning.

People Leadership

• Lead large cross-functional teams.
• Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
