About the Role:

We are hiring motivated candidates (0–5 years experience) for International E-commerce Customer Support (Non-Voice Process).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via Email & Chat (International clients)
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and product information
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written English communication (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of E-commerce & Online Shopping
• Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC (Monthly): ₹28,000 – ₹40,000
• 5 Days Working
• Night Allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month
