Role Description :

This is a fully remote, individual contributor role. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting executives on time sensitive projects across all industries with a focus on Europe and US under tight deadlines using search tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, Google etc. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their own clients and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. They will also have an opportunity to collaborate with leading consulting and pe firms across Europe and US. This role comes with ambitious targets and high expectations—but also the autonomy, support, and tools to succeed. Only experienced recruiters and / or client facing managers will be considered.

Qualifications :

  • Strong experience with recruiting candidates OR outbound calling OR sales experience is a MUST (we need someone that has experience going after candidates OR leads, not waiting for them to respond to a job advert / post)
  • Strong level of competitiveness - motivated by incentives and wanting to win
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to work European work hours
  • Must be available full-time (please note : this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort - there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together)
  • Candidate must have Perseverance, Hunger to Win and Never Give Up Attitude
