Inspect and assess dies for wear, damage, or other issues, and schedule repairs or replacements as needed. Collaborate with the tool room team and production personnel to troubleshoot die/-related problems and implement effective solutions. 2. Die Optimization and Improvement/: Analyse die performance and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of quality, efficiency, and productivity. Work closely with engineering and production teams to implement die modifications or enhancements that optimize production processes. Conduct trials and tests to validate the effectiveness of die improvements, and document the results for future reference. 3. Documentation and Reporting/: Maintain accurate records of die maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and replacement parts used. Generate reports on die performance, maintenance costs, and downtime, and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
