Paintshop Production Engineer New Recruits Job Description Duties/: PT & CED Chemical Bath Optimization/: Pre/-treatment degreasing, phosphating, and electrodeposition dipping lines should all have essential chemical parameters monitored, calibrated, and stabilized. Automated Spray & Robotic Trajectory Engineering/: Optimize transfer efficiency by programming, configuring, and maintaining robotic spray applicators /(pneumatic and electrostatic bells/), modifying fluid delivery rates, atomizing air pressures, and forming air loops. Thermal Profiling & Baking Oven Governance/: To ensure proper paint polymerization and consistent curing crosslinking, conduct routine thermal profiling utilizing data loggers to map baking oven temperature distributions. Cleanroom Particle & Environmental Control/: To prevent contamination, enforce stringent cleanroom procedures that regulate Air Handling Unit /(AHU/) air velocities, relative humidity, positive pressures, and tiny dust particle counts. Root Cause Analysis for Paint Defect Loops/: Use structural problem/-solving techniques to find, classify, and permanently remove systemic surface flaws. Focus Skills/: Advanced knowledge of surface chemical engineering, phosphate conversion kinetics, polymer curing mechanics, and cathodic rust protection is required for Industrial Surface Coating Theory & Electrochemistry. Robotic Painting System Manipulation/: The ability to set up or program electrostatic painting robots /(such those made by ABB, Fanuc, or Yaskawa/) and control paint bell atomizers. Metrology and Paint Quality Testing Fluency/: Extensive knowledge of industrial testing instruments, such as spectrophotometers, gloss meters, wave/-scan DOI meters, and thickness gauges. Fluid Dynamics and Cleanroom Infrastructure Literacy/: Good operational control over paint/-colored kitchen pneumatic pumping networks, industrial waste filtration skids, and central industrial air handling equipment.
