Secondary - Knowledge of Data Quality Tools CI/CD Integration (GitLab Jenkins Argo CD) Data Observability & Monitoring Shift Left QA Practices Agile Collaboration
Additional Considerations
Strong emphasis on ELT/data pipeline testing automation experience.
Cloud provider experience is not critical (AWS/Azure/GCP acceptable).
Knowledge of Git/version control.
Gaps in observability monitoring or agile practices can be tolerated if core testing capabilities are strong.
