IT Project Manager

Edwards Lifesciences is expanding its global technology capabilities with the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune India. The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable high-quality solutions at scale. Designed as a long-term investment the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation data AI and cloud and will include roles spanning end user services application development and enterprise platform teams. Together these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.

We areseekinga highly driven IT Project Manager to support execution governance and delivery tracking across a portfolio of global IT transformation initiatives. Thisroleoperatesas a hands-on execution lead responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively tracked risks are proactively managed and delivery outcomes are achieved. The role leveragesJiraasthe system of record for work management KPI tracking and portfolio visibility.

How youll make an impact:
1. Project Execution & Delivery Ownership

• Own day-to-day tracking and execution across multiple IT initiatives
• Drive adherence to timelines milestones and deliverables
• Ensure projects progress from plan to execution to completion with minimal oversight

2. Jira-Based Governance & Transparency

• Maintainstructured tracking of all work in Jira
• Ensure epics stories dependencies and milestones are consistently updated
• Drive adoption of standardized Jira practices across teams

3. Risk Issue & Bottleneck Management

• Identifyrisks blockers and dependencies early
• Escalate and drive resolution across stakeholders

4. Portfolio Reporting & Insights

• Develop dashboards KPIs and status reports
• Provide clear data-driven updates to leadership

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate across IT business and vendor teams globally
• Facilitategovernance meetings and checkpoints

6. Strategic Program Support

• SupportCelonisprocess mining initiatives
• TrackTricentistest automation transformation
• Support capacity planningand forecasting (PPM)

What youll need (Required):

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering or related field
• 58 years ofIT project management experience
• Strong experience withJirafor Agile tracking and reporting
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills
• Behavioral competencies: High ownership mindset Strong execution discipline Ability to influence without authority Proactive risk management Ability to work in global shift-based environments

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Experience in ERP BPM or QA automation programs
• Exposure toCelonisor Tricentis
• Familiarity with PPM tools
• Agile or PMP certification preferred
