Role & responsibilities:·To interact with channel partners/ brokers/ property owners/ redevelopment of society/GHMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society·To review property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)·To review market study and industry reports and recommend changes to concerned stakeholders·To review technical and legal due diligence done by team·T
