Java AWS Lead Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune & Chennai Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Java AWS Lead with 7 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and deploying enterprise-grade cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java technologies Microservices architecture AWS cloud services DevOps practices and team leadership. The role involves leading development teams driving technical solutions collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery of scalable and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers and cloud engineers.
• Drive technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards security guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning estimation and sprint activities.

Application Development

• Design develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions.
• Build highly scalable secure and resilient cloud-native applications.
• Implement application performance tuning and optimization strategies.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

AWS Cloud Development

• Design and deploy applications on AWS Cloud.
• Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS managed services.
• Configure and manage AWS infrastructure components.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance security and cost efficiency.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application health and production environments.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Communicate project status risks and mitigation plans.
• Support client discussions and technical presentations.
