Role Summary:
Oversees daily Food & Beverage operations ensures service quality manages staff and maintains hygiene inventory and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B service operations (cafeteria pantry dining areas events).

• Ensure food quality hygiene and safety standards as per SOPs.

• Coordinate with caterers/vendors for timely food delivery and service.

• Monitor staff performance grooming and shift deployment.

• Handle guest/user feedback and resolve service-related issues.

• Maintain inventory of F&B supplies and track consumption.

• Support billing verification cost control and daily reporting.
