IT Infrastructure Lead

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers networks storage systems and endpoint devices.

• Ensure high availability performance reliability and security of all IT systems and infrastructure components.

• Monitor system health perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.

• Implement and enforce IT security standards patch management processes and vulnerability remediation activities.

• Manage network infrastructure including firewalls switches routers VPNs wireless networks and internet connectivity.

• Administer Windows and Linux server environments and virtualization platforms.

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure environments (AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform).

• Plan and execute infrastructure projects including system upgrades migrations capacity expansion and new deployments.

• Develop and maintain backup disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement implementation and support activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure architecture configurations SOPs and operational procedures.

• Support IT governance audits compliance requirements and security assessments.

• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to IT support and infrastructure teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and recommend infrastructure solutions.

• Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
