EducationalQualification:

B.Tech(MechanicalelectricalEngineeringProductionorFoodTech. Engineering)

Experience:

5-8 Years (experience in an FMCG/ food processing unit with specific knowledge onFoodSafetyManagementSystemsHACCPISOandexposuretomanagement of Industrial relations)

KeyResponsibilities:-

• Executetheproductionplanforthefactory
• Liaise with other departments to ensure support to Production activities andadherencetoLegalCommercialandQualitynormsWITHINtheFood SafetyandEnvironmentManagement StandardsWITH THEOBJECTIVEof ensuring delivery of right quality and quantity of goods as per the plan

• ManageProductionActivities
• Scheduleandallocateresources(pplmaterialno.ofshifts)toensure achievement of production plan by week/month/SKU by line
• EnsureadherencetotheSOP(manufacturingprocess)
• Schedule maintenance windows in coordination with plant maintenance mgr.(tradeoffbetweenmachinedowntimeandpreventivemaintenance)
• Monitor and analyze trends around production deficits as per plan (e.g.. defectincreasingspecifictoalinedowntimecost&rootcauseanalysesof the same and suggest corrective actions)
• Reviewshopflooroperationsdaily:
• AnalyzerejectionsarisingoutofQualityInspections

• ControlProductionCosts
• Consolidatevariancesfrombudgetanalyzeandfindoutrootcausesplan and execute corrective actions by having daily meetings with shop floor personnel

• ImproveBusinessProcesses:
• Coordinateauditofthepremisesw.r.tQualityHygieneFoodSafetyand ensure compliances to all standards
• Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementswhichwillhelpachievecost savings and present recommendations to plant managers

• ManageIndustrialRelations:
• ParticipateinIRcommitteediscussions;negotiationswithUnion;INORDER TO maintain harmonious industrial relations
