Mandatory Skills-

• Expert knowledge in all sub modules of Finance (AP, AR, GL, AA, Funds Management & Bank Accounting)

• General Knowledge in all submodules of controlling

• Knowledge on Complex Interface usage and methods

• Should be able to understand business requirements, prepare design documents and able to provide cost estimates

• Should be able to prepare Proof of concepts in Finance area

• Understand technical aspects like IDOCs, User Exits, BADI's, Workflow, Dual Landscape systems etc.

• Should have good process knowledge on Service delivery processes.

• Should be able to co-ordinate with different modules and understand aspects of other modules in SAP • Should have good communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Package Specialist-SAP HANA FIN FI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, support, and enhancements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules in SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes.

• Design and implement solutions for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Controlling.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects.

• Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

• Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP FI and CO modules.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Expertise in:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Bank Accounting

  • Cost Center Accounting

  • Profit Center Accounting

  • Internal Orders

  • Product Costing

• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and support activities.

• Understanding of financial closing processes and reporting.

• Knowledge of integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules.

• Experience with SAP HANA database and S/4HANA migration projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.

• SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile or global project environments.
