Position Overview :

We are seeking a Solution Architect / Senior Architect with deep expertise in the Infios / K- rber Warehouse Management Platform (formerly HighJump/K- rber WMS) to lead architecture, solution ownership, and strategic roadmap initiatives for a critical warehouse management environment.

- This role is ideal for an architect-level professional who can step into a platform leadership capacity, ensuring scalability, integration excellence, and alignment with business operations.

- The architect will serve as a key technical and functional leader across warehouse operations, platform modernization, and cross-system integrations, with strong collaboration across business, engineering, and delivery stakeholders.

- Deep experience with Infios / K- rber (HighJump) Warehouse Management Platform

- Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management systems

- Ability to operate at an architect / solution ownership level

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the solution architecture for the Infios / K- rber WMS ecosystem

- Evaluate and optimize platform design, configurations, integrations, workflows, and future-state roadmap

- Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and business stakeholders to define scalable WMS solutions

- Provide technical leadership for enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and platform support strategy

- Assess current-state architecture and identify opportunities for performance, reliability, and process improvements

- Define integration patterns across ERP, TMS, OMS, inventory, automation systems, and upstream/downstream platforms

- Lead architecture reviews, design documentation, and solution governance

- Support vendor teams, offshore delivery, and internal engineering with architectural direction and best practices

- Guide configuration and extension strategies within the K- rber/Infios platform (including RF, automation, and material flow integration where applicable)

- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, operational SLAs, and warehouse business objectives

Required Qualifications :

- Architect-level or Senior Solution Architect experience with strong Infios / K- rber (HighJump) WMS background

- Deep hands-on expertise in K- rber WMS / HighJump / Infios platform configuration, architecture, and deployment models

- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes end-to-end, including:

1. Receiving

2. Putaway

3. Picking (wave, batch, cluster)

4. Packing and shipping

5. Inventory control

6. Replenishment and slotting

- Proven ability to evaluate platform architecture, system integrations, and roadmap planning

- Strong functional + technical understanding of WMS ecosystems and automation integrations (conveyors, robotics, etc., where applicable)

- Experience with enterprise integrations including APIs, middleware, message queues, and EDI

- Ability to drive solution ownership across both technical and business stakeholders

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate warehouse operational needs into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in large enterprise supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or logistics environments

- Experience working with K- rber/HighJump extensibility frameworks, scripting, or development tools

- Exposure to hybrid global delivery models with offshore/onshore collaboration

- Experience leading WMS modernization, upgrades, or cloud transformation initiatives

- Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Oracle), OMS, TMS, and inventory platforms

- Strong stakeholder management across product owners, operations leaders, and engineering teams
