Project Coordinator

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in our Voyage Business.

The position is permanent, and the location is intended to be based in our Goregaon office at Mumbai, India.

As Project Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Project Manager and supporting overall project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial and technical documentation required for project planning and execution.
• Support order management and project execution activities to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
• Place and manage orders in the ERP system in alignment with the project schedule.
• Coordinate hardware deliveries in accordance with the project timeline.
• Gather necessary survey and design documentation to facilitate engineer site visits.
• Schedule and coordinate engineer attendance for installations as per the project plan.
• Act as a key user for W rtsil s internal systems and tools (e.g., CRM, IDS, Jira), ensuring accurate maintenance of records, documentation, and status updates.
• Perform additional support tasks as assigned, based on evolving project needs.

You will shine in this role, when you have:

• Graduate degree in any discipline preferably in IT or Electrical Engineering with atleast 3 years of relevant experience.
• Handson ERP experience. (Must have)
• Experience in technical documentation handling. (Must have)
• Experience of system integration. (Good to have)
• Understanding about compliance management. (Good to have)
• Strong communication skills and well-developed cultural awareness and sensitivity. (Good to have)
• Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
• Fluent in English, any additional languages will be considered as a plus.
• The candidate should be willing and able to travel
