Role : Delivery Head - Data & Cloud Programs

LumenData is seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead enterprise-scale data and cloud transformation programs.
This role combines strategic delivery leadership, PMO governance, stakeholder management, and execution oversight across multiple client engagements.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience driving delivery excellence for large-scale data integration, cloud, MDM, and digital transformation initiatives while managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end delivery governance for enterprise data and cloud transformation programs.
- Drive PMO functions including project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, escalations, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Support presales activities including estimations, proposals, solutioning, and RFP responses.
- Mentor and guide project managers, delivery leads, and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience : - 10 - 17 years of IT industry experience with strong delivery/program/project management expertise.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data and cloud transformation programs.
- Strong PMO governance and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in : - Informatica ecosystem (IDMC/IICS, CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, and Governance initiatives
- Experience managing project financials, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PMP / Scrum certifications preferred.
Good to Have : - Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data platforms
- Exposure to Data Governance and CDGC initiatives
- Experience in PC to IICS migration programs
- Presales and solutioning experience
