Territory Manager (REMG)

• Territory Leadership:Lead and manage the REMG operations within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and achieve revenue targets
• Team Management:Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate professionals, including property managers, leasing agents, and administrative staff
• Provide guidance, performance feedback, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Property Portfolio Management:Oversee the management of a portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate
• Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, lease agreements, and maintenance activities
