Role: Manager - Actuarial Pricing

Location: Chubb Business Services India

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead the North America actuarial pricing team, overseeing the execution of pricing processes for property insurance by Westchester, the E&S specialty product group within Chubb.
• Resource Management: Manage senior resources in the team and ensure that an appropriate management structure and processes are in place for all team members.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand expectations, prioritize deliverables, and align the team's work with business objectives and timelines.
• Actuarial Transformation: Actively contribute to the actuarial transformation efforts within the company, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Mentoring: Mentor and guide team members to enhance their expertise in actuarial pricing, products, rate filings, and related areas.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Qualified or Near-qualified actuary with a specialization in property & casualty insurance.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial work experience in the property & casualty insurance sector.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective team management skills.
• Additional Knowledge: Expertise in the US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance market is highly desirable.
