Scrum Master I

Role Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure process adherence.
2. Coach multiple squads on Agile principles and delivery optimization.
3. Track team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and remove delivery blockers.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on priorities and risks.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience range: 8+ years as Scrum Master in tech projects.
2. CSM certification required; CSP or PMI-ACP preferred.
3. Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
