Manager- Programs (Experience)

Key Deliverables:

• Lead strategic initiatives to improve user and seller experience while reducing supply chain costs
• Drive experiments and pilots, running iterations to test and scale initiatives
• Establish processes and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and experience
• Foster strong collaborations with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Tech, Analytics, etc.)
• Own performance metrics within the Fulfillment and Experience domain

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost-effective, user-centric designs for long-term improvements
• Evaluate Meesho's position as the preferred e-commerce channel for diverse customers
• Analyze and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches
• Manage and influence stakeholders across various functions, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives
