Key Deliverables:

• Design and monitor engineering tasks while ensuring Meesho's standards are met
• Drive excellence in product solutions and maintain scalability
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to create new products
• Manage engineering teams, guiding them towards project ownership and success

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress and ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers
• Drive sprints, OKRs, and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Ensure product scalability and build real-time data pipelines and systems
