Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our team. You will play a key role in modernizing our online support experience, developing machine learning models, and leveraging large language models to drive innovation.

Responsibility:

• Modernize the Dell Online Support experience through advanced AI models.
• Support the development and implementation of machine learning models.
• Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for innovative solutions.
• Analyze and prepare data for model training.
• Conduct statistical experiments and evaluate results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as nltk and spacy.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and drive for innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
