Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts that align with the EdTech platform's branding and target audience.
• Use color schemes, typography, and imagery effectively to enhance visual impact.
• Collaborate with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to align thumbnail designs with content themes.
• Research trends, competitor designs, and audience preferences to improve thumbnail performance.
• Ensure consistency in style, quality, and branding across all thumbnail designs.
• Manage and organize design files for easy access and revision.
• Optimize thumbnail designs to boost click-through rates (CTR) and audience engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an understanding of effective design elements.
• Ability to create

Educational Qualifications:
