Visual Merchendizer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal.
• Create window and in-store displays that attract customers and guide them through the store.
• Develop appealing and eye-catching visual displays aligned with brand identity and sales goals.
• Conduct research to understand trends and customer preferences, generating innovative design ideas.
• Optimize the use of store space, work within budgets, and meet project deadlines.
• Update displays to promote new product launches, festive occasions, or seasonal themes.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve display effectiveness.
• Identify key messages and maintain a clear, cohesive image of the store.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field.
• Strong creativity and aesthetic sense to design impactful displays.
• Ability to work within budgets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of current retail and design trends.
