Position: PR Associate

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 58

Work Mode: Full-time, In-office

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused PR Associate who can take end-to-end

ownership of our public relations efforts. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong

editorial PR experience with a solid understanding of digital PR and is eager to contribute to

building and scaling a brand through impactful media visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute PR campaigns from ideation to coverage and reporting

Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media

houses

Drive editorial coverage across top-tier publications (online and offline)

Identify and secure opportunities for brand mentions, interviews, and thought leadership

pieces

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, leadership) to align PR with

business goals

Draft press releases, media pitches, opinion pieces, and other PR communication assets

Manage media outreach and follow-ups to ensure consistent coverage

Track, analyze, and report PR performance and coverage metrics

Stay updated on industry trends, media movements, and competitor PR activities

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in PR, with strong exposure to editorial PR

Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and managing press relationships

Solid understanding of digital PR, online publications, and content-driven outreach

Ability to independently manage PR initiatives and deliver results

Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments is a plus
