About The Role

We are hiring energetic and self-driven SrMedical Representatives to be designated as Area Manager to promote our clients' Superspeciality products portfolio to doctors, clinics, and hospitals. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, scientific detailing skills, and consistent market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• MeetSuperciality / Key Accountsdoctors to promote assigned brands
• Conduct product detailing with scientific accuracy and clarity
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure prescription generation
• Plan and execute daily doctor calls, chemist visits, and stockist coordination
• Track competitor activities and provide timely market insights
• Ensure the availability of products at retail and wholesale points
• Participate in CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and brand-building activities
• Maintain accurate records of fieldwork, call averages, and reporting
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences (preferred)
• 5+ years or more of experience in Pharma Sales with simillar products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with doctors and chemists
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
