Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions within established guidelines.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services to increase revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in relationship management or a related field (e.g., sales, finance).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage data analytics for business insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
• Proficiency in loan processing software applications (e.g., LOS) is an asset.
