Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Lead with strong expertise in Sterling Order Hub. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing configuring and supporting Order Hub solutions enabling end-to-end order visibility monitoring and exception management across enterprise order management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support activities for IBM Sterling Order Hub.
• Configure and customize Order Hub dashboards widgets alerts and monitoring capabilities.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Order Hub solutions.
• Enable real-time order visibility and operational monitoring across order lifecycles.
• Analyze and troubleshoot order flow exceptions and fulfillment issues.
• Collaborate with OMS integration and business teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support enhancements upgrades testing and production deployments.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Hub.
• Good understanding of IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS).
• Experience in order lifecycle monitoring exception management and operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of Sterling OMS integrations and APIs.
• Experience with configuration customization and support activities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retail eCommerce or Omnichannel Order Management environments.
• Exposure to Sterling OMS implementation or support projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with reporting and operational analytics.

Nice to Have

• Java/J2EE knowledge.
• SQL and database experience.
• IBM Sterling certifications.
