COO / VP – Tableware, Kitchenware & Homeware

About the Role :-

• Spartek Group is looking for a hands-on senior business manager / Profit Centre Head with min. 15+ years of experience in Tableware, Kitchenware and Homeware business to lead and build further.
• The role demands strong expertise across operations management (manufacturing and outsourcing), sales & marketing, and end-to-end P&L management, along with the ability to lead and develop a young, high-performing team.

Key Experience & Responsibilities :-

• Operations, Manufacturing & Outsourcing

Hands-on experience in managing manufacturing operations and outsourced production, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

• Sales, Marketing & Market Development

Responsibility for developing Indian and export markets for both manufactured and outsourced products, across offline channels and online platforms, including own and partner e-commerce channels.

• P&L Ownership & Business Leadership

Complete ownership of P&L, budgeting, pricing, profitability improvement, and overall business performance.

Project Implementation & Product Launch

Completion of production project implementation, currently at an advanced stage, followed by successful product launches across offline and online channels.

• Team Building & Systems

Building and mentoring a young team, establishing a systems-driven organization, performance metrics, and a motivating work culture.

• Growth & Performance Improvement

Implementing growth plans, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable business expansion.

Candidate Profile :-

• Candidates should preferably be an Engineer / MBA, currently holding or having held senior / general management positions, with responsibility for Operations and P&L in medium-sized or larger organizations.
• Experience in early-stage startups, new product launches, and setting up sales channels will be an added advantage. Exposure to Pan-India or multi-region businesses is desirable.
• Additional experience in ceramics, kitchenware, tableware, FMCG, FMCD, or retail will be a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities, mature decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, and a technology-driven approach, with awareness of current market trends, are essential.
