Subject Matter Expert – Healthcare & Social Assistance (Gujarati) – Remote

About The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced healthcare and social assistance professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Gujarati for the Indian region. As a Subject Matter Expert you will help create and review realistic healthcare administrative and clinical scenarios that reflect real-world patient care hospital operations and healthcare system management. Your work will directly improve how AI systems understand and respond within sensitive high-stakes healthcare environments.

What Youll Deliver

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Gujarati reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g. patient intake care coordination hospital operations nursing workflows)

• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning administrative accuracy and patient safety considerations

• Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness operational feasibility and communication quality

• Contribute to gold standard answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety

• Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations

Qualifications

• Native Gujarati with strong professional English proficiency

• 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors

• Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse Nurse Practitioner Medical/Health Services Manager Medical Secretary Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows healthcare administration and patient care standards

• Ability to evaluate accuracy safety implications and operational realism in healthcare-related content

What to Consider Before Applying

• Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor you wont receive benefits such as health insurance paid time off or retirement contributions and hours are not guaranteed.

• Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable this may not be the right fit.

• Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
