What will you do in this role

· Administer, configure, patch, and upgrade Tosca Server, Commander, DEX Agents, AOS, OSV, LiveCompare, and qTest.

· Engineer and support virtualized Tosca Agents (AVD/VDI/VMware/Hyper‑V), including image management and scaling that host our agents.

· Monitor platform health, capacity, backups, HA/DR, and license usage; resolve DEX/AOS agent execution issues.

· Support testers and engineering teams, providing L2/L3 troubleshooting and proactive platform improvements.

What should you have

· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any technology stream.

· 3+ Years hands-on experience with Tosca Administration and at least one other component such as OSV, LiveCompare, qTest.

· Strong Windows Server administration: AD, GPO, services, security, certificates and MSSQL Server.

· Experience with virtualized agent environments (AVD/VDI).

· Installation skills to include automation with scripting skills (PowerShell) and or Command Shell and ability to troubleshoot at the OS level.
