UI/UX Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and user-friendly web interfaces. They should have a passion for designing seamless user experiences and a solid understanding of front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• User Experience (UX) Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to create intuitive designs that meet user needs and expectations.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across projects.
• User Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather insights and improve the overall user experience.
• Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive mockups.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like GIT.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design and development work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to implement them in designs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with motion design or animation in UI (e.g., CSS animations, JavaScript animations).
