Workday Integration Manager

Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Workday Payroll Integrations

- Drive Payroll Process Automation (Eliminate Manual PDFs)

- Design and develop PECI-based integrations, along with other Workday integration patterns (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio as applicable)

- Lead transformation initiatives to replace manual, PDF-based payroll processes with automated, system-driven integration workflows

- Own Offshore Delivery While Partnering with Onshore Leadership

- Strengthen Governance, Compliance, and Quality Assurance

- Stakeholder & Team Leadership (Manager Differentiator)

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Information Technology from an accredited university. Strong tech exposure and HR Information System specialization a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in the related field; "Big 4" experience preferred

- Workday certifications int integrations, HCM and Payroll is a plus

- Proficiency with integration development

- Strong verbal and writing and communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to balance multiple priorities

- Eagerness and willingness to work in an offshore set-up and work towards integration and growth of the team

- Natural aptitude for solving problems
