Our subscription-based program, led by doctors, combines FDA-approved medicines, personalized habit coaching, state-of-the-art wearables, and personalized nutritional guidance. We are leveraging global shifts in understanding obesity to help over 340 million Indians achieve a seamless and effective weight loss journey.

Role Summary

Own and optimize the complete customer journey for our weight loss program—from payment to program completion. Drive seamless coordination between coaches, doctors, lab partners, and operations to deliver an exceptional user experience, improve outcomes, and achieve business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve end-to-end patient flow and touchpoints (WhatsApp, scheduling, labs, medication, AI tools).
• Ensure SLA adherence with smooth handoffs and proactive communication.
• Coordinate across coaches, doctors, operations, and partners to reduce friction.
• Analyze drop-offs, run A/B tests, and improve conversion and engagement.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs (SLA, CSAT, completion rates), and run SQL-based analysis.
• Provide insights to leadership and collaborate with growth/product teams on improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in product management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer services.
• Experience managing multi-step customer journeys and cross-team coordination.
• Hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4).
• Strong operational mindset, customer-first approach, and ability to drive improvements.
