Requirements:

• Planning and Maintenance activities of E&I for Raw Mills, Crushers & LSSR, MRSS, 110kV Switchyard, 11kv Substations & High Voltage Equipment
• Power System Management- Electrical Power Changeovers and Power factor/Load Management. Protection Systems & Relay Coordination.
• Energy Management PAT, RPO & ISO50001:2018 related compliances.
• Handling of Major maintenance & overhauling jobs of HT Motors, Power Transformers.
• Modification/Trouble Shootings of HT/LT Drives, HT Panels/Breaker, Intelligent MCCs, PCCs, GRR/SPRS/LRS etc.
• Work experience for Weighing Systems, PLC/DCS, Drives, Gas Analyzers, Field Instrumentation, Communication systems.
• Plant Availability
• Supervise & coordinate all Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities for Line-4 Raw Mills, Crushers & LSSR, MRSS, 110kV Switchyard & 11kv Substations to maximize the plant availability to achieve production as per targets. Analysis of Breakdown, Monitor implementation of PM schedule.
• Organize & monitor implementation of Jobs in shutdown.
• Coordinate with OEM/Consultant/TPMC for typical plant maintenance problems.
• Modification/Trouble Shootings of HT/LT Drives, HT Panels/Breaker, Intelligent MCCs, PCCs, GRR/SPRS/LRS etc.
• Monitor Weighing Systems, PLC/DCS, Drives, Gas Analyzers, Field Instrumentation, Communication systems.
• Cost Optimization
• Budgeting E&I S&S and RPM Cost
• Plan, monitor & control the cost
• Reducing inventory & Driving cost saving activities
• Safety, Health & Environment
• 100% implementation of all applicable safety standards in department with target of zero injury and no hazard to men, machinery, environment and health of employee deployed in respective department
• Implementation, adherence of Progressive Consequence Management and taking needful action.
• Creating awareness among team about taking care of self and team health and environment aspect for sustainability
• Capex Management-
• Planning, Proposal, Budgeting & Execution of projects.
• Energy Management-
• Power System Management- Electrical Power Changeovers and Power factor/Load Management. Protection Systems & Relay Coordination.
• Energy Management PAT, RPO & ISO50001:2018 related compliances.
