Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Consultant to join our remote delivery team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, designing and implementing sophisticated financial planning and consolidation solutions for our global clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional finance and IT teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your work will directly influence the accuracy of financial reporting, budgeting cycles, and strategic decision-making processes for our clients, ensuring they leverage their Oracle investments to achieve maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions to streamline financial consolidation and planning processes for large-scale enterprise clients.

- Configure and customize PBCS/EPBCS applications to align with specific client business logic, ensuring seamless financial forecasting and reporting.

- Design complex data integration workflows using Oracle FDMEE to ensure data integrity and consistency across disparate financial systems.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning for Hyperion and EPM environments to minimize downtime and optimize system responsiveness.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the technical proficiency of the broader delivery team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM and Hyperion implementations, with a strong focus on PBCS/EPBCS and FDMEE.

- Proven ability to translate complex financial business requirements into scalable technical designs and functional specifications.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying process bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to improve financial planning accuracy.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and self-discipline while collaborating with distributed teams.

- A minimum of 5 to 15 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM consulting, demonstrating a consistent track record of successful project delivery.
