About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Web/App Technical Architect to lead the architecture and design of modern digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture across web and mobile ecosystems while collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams.

This role requires expertise in React/React Native, .NET technologies, cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-first design principles, and enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a technical thought leader and architecture lead across front-end and digital engineering teams.

- Define and govern architecture standards for Web and Mobile platforms.

- Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs.

- Convert functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to align requirements with architectural vision.

- Evaluate technology options and document architectural decisions through Architectural Decision Records (ADR).

- Guide engineering teams in selecting appropriate frameworks, tools, and technology providers.

- Design architecture for Web, Mobile Apps, SSO, E-commerce, APIs, and supporting platforms.

- Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- Conduct technology risk assessments and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive modernization initiatives and adoption of cloud-native technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- 9+ years of overall IT experience.

- 3- 5 years of experience in a Technical Architect role.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. React.js

2. React Native

3. .NET Core / ASP.NET

- Deep understanding of :

1. Headless Architecture

2. Microservices Architecture

3. API-First Design

4. Event-Driven Architecture

- Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple dependencies.

- Expertise in Cloud-Native SaaS and custom-built application ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience designing highly scalable, secure, and resilient systems.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Microsoft Azure

2. Amazon Web Services (AWS)

- Understanding of modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Tools & Methodologies :

- Agile/Scrum methodologies

- JIRA

- Confluence

- Lucidchart / Lucid

- Architecture documentation and governance frameworks

Stakeholder Management :

- Ability to present architectural decisions to senior leadership.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good to Have :

- Azure Architecture Certifications

- AWS Architecture Certifications

- Experience working within SAFe environments

- Retail, E-commerce, or Digital Transformation domain experience

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
