We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dot Net / Golang Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, scaling, and optimizing backend systems, data platforms, APIs, and reporting solutions that support high-volume transaction processing environments. This role requires expertise in performance engineering, distributed systems, database optimization, and automation to ensure highly reliable, secure, and scalable applications.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust solutions, enhance system performance, streamline data processing workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Development & System Scalability:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET and Golang.
- Build and optimize APIs and microservices to support high transaction volumes and concurrent user traffic.
- Enhance system architecture to improve reliability, availability, and performance.
- Develop secure, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
2. Performance Engineering:
- Analyze application bottlenecks and implement performance improvements across the technology stack.
- Improve transaction processing throughput and reduce latency in critical business workflows.
- Optimize backend services to handle increasing workloads while maintaining system stability.
- Monitor and improve application performance through profiling, benchmarking, and tuning activities.
3. Database Design & Optimization:
- Design efficient and scalable database schemas to support business growth.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies to improve execution times.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and high availability across database systems.
- Collaborate with database administrators to implement performance enhancement initiatives.
4. Data Processing & Automation:
- Develop and maintain automated ETL frameworks for processing structured and unstructured data.
- Build solutions for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting.
- Reduce manual operational efforts through workflow automation and process optimization.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness across all processing pipelines.
5. Web Portal & Reporting Enhancements:
- Build and enhance web-based applications and reporting platforms.
- Improve portal responsiveness and user experience under peak transaction loads.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions that provide timely and accurate business insights.
- Implement role-based access controls and security measures where required.
6. Data Migration & Integration:
- Lead large-scale data migration projects with minimal downtime and zero data loss.
- Design migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and validation mechanisms.
- Integrate applications with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow across interconnected systems and services.
7. Compliance & Governance:
- Deliver audit-ready datasets with complete traceability and documentation.
- Ensure systems adhere to organizational, security, and regulatory standards.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining data accuracy and transparency.
- Implement controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Golang.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, fintech, or high-volume transaction processing environments.
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
