Job description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (UAE/GCC | Offshore – India)

Location: India (Offshore) – Hyderabad - Supporting UAE & GCC Region

Experience: 2–4 Years

Full-time

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of inside sales experience in B2B IT or SaaS solutions
  • Hands-on experience selling or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience supporting UAE or GCC customers from offshore
  • Strong understanding of ERP / CRM solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Comfortable working in UAE business hours

Preferred

  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners or System Integrators
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 licensing and cloud-based offerings
  • Experience using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
