Team Leader Fundraising (Crowdfunding / NGO Telecalling)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Team Leader – Fundraising to support our crowdfunding initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can actively contribute to fundraising through telecalling while effectively managing and mentoring a team to achieve campaign targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives through outbound telecalling for active crowdfunding campaigns
• Supervise, coach, and manage a team of telecallers to ensure consistent performance
• Set daily targets and monitor individual and team fundraising metrics
• Drive achievement of fundraising goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide on-the-job training
• Prepare performance reports and share updates with management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising through telecalling
• Prior team leadership experience in crowdfunding, NGO fundraising, or tele-sales
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Ability to perform in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
